The Journalism Diversity Fund (JDF) awards bursaries to aspiring journalists from diverse backgrounds who need help funding their NCTJ journalism training.
Supported by those in the industry who want to help make newsrooms better reflect the audiences they serve, the JDF has awarded more than 450 bursaries since its launch in 2005.
