Team or Individual Entry*

If you are making a team entry you must provide the names and job titles/roles of the others within the team in your supporting statement. Only four named individuals are allowed in a team entry and they must have made a substantial contribution to the entry.

Supportive information and/or contextual statement

If this is a team entry ensure you provide names of all team members and their role in the entry. If there are any unresolved legal issues or complaints to the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO), IMPRESS of OFCOM regarding your entry you must declare it on the entry form for the information of the judges.

MJA Membership/Entry Fee*

MJA members may enter the MJA Awards for free. Why not join now (£55 Full/£13 Student) and receive all the benefits of membership, the cost of which is tax deductible? You can alternatively pay an entry fee of £75 per entry. You can apply for membership once you have completed and submitted this form through the join option on our main menu. You will be asked to pay the entry fee once you submit your entry.

When you click submit you will be taken to an acknowledgement page where you will be required to then make any necessary payment for your entry. You will also be emailed a copy of your entry for your records. Please check that you receive this email (check spam too) as if you don't, this could mean that your entry was not submitted successfully. If you don't receive a confirmation email then please get in touch
