Supportive information and/or contextual statement
If this is a team entry ensure you provide names of all team members and their role in the entry. If there are any unresolved legal issues or complaints to the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO), IMPRESS of OFCOM regarding your entry you must declare it on the entry form for the information of the judges.

MJA members may enter the MJA Awards for free. Why not join now (£50 Full/£12 Student) and receive all the benefits of membership, the cost of which is tax deductible? You can alternatively pay an entry fee of £60 per entry (£20 for Student journalist of the year). You can apply for membership once you have completed and submitted this form through the join option on our main menu. You will be asked to pay the entry fee once you submit your entry.

This enables a non MJA member to enter the awards for free. This initiative is to encourage MJA members to identify and encourage entries to the awards.
