Dr. Emily Prpa will clear the air, examining what the latest science actually reveals about gut health. This talk will dive into emerging research, exploring the critical role of gut health across all aspects of health and wellbeing. Dr. Emily Prpa will also take a closer look at the unique aspects of the female gut microbiome, explaining how it shifts during key phases such as puberty, pregnancy and menopause.
